What is Kid CarPool?
Kid CarPool is a mobile application designed to help busy families organize their kids' transportation information.
How do I get Kid CarPool?
Kid CarPool is available for both iOS and Android devices and can be downloaded from the iTunes or Google Play stores.
How do I share information about Kid CarPool with other parents at my child's school or after school activity?

How is information used?
Information provided in the app is used to make the experience better such as optimizing route, travel time, matching, etc.
What are Pool Groups?
A pool group is a group of parents who share the same trip information. Trip information shared with a Pool Group is displayed on every members’ schedule. Trips within a Pool Group are automatically on everyone’s schedule, keeping all members on the same page.
How do I join a Pool Group?
Join a Pool Group by entering the Pool Group code.
How do I get a Pool Group code?
A member of the Pool Group will need to provide you with the code.
Where is the Pool Group code located?
Pool Group code is located beside the Pool Group name.
How do I create a Pool Group?
To create a new Pool Group, tap the "+" icon in the "My Pool Groups" section of the product.
What is a trip?
A trip is a transportation schedule or calendar event with transportation specific fields.
I don't carpool. Can I still use the product?
Yes, Kid CarPool is designed to have all trip information in one place. Trip information does not need to be shared. Everyone has a Pool Group called "family" that you can use for yourself only or invite a spouse, nanny, grandparent, etc.
What is matching?
Matching was created to help families find other families who wish to carpool. If you are looking for a family who is interested in carpooling with you, select the activity, enter your home address and you are all set! Matches are based on same activity, living within 1 mile of each other and completed via an email intro. Once you have a match, we encourage meeting in person to determine if it is a good match.
I don't see my child's activity under matching. How do I include it on the list?
Send us an email email@example.com! We will reach out to the organization and add them to the list.
